Dealing with?

Stress from managing growth
Lack of capital for expansion
Succession planning
Desire to de-risk

We ensure rapid closing times and connect sellers with strategic growth partners who truly understand their vision.

1. Discovery and Planning

We kick things off with an initial meeting to understand your vision and goals for the sale. From there, we gather key information to create a tailored valuation and deal structure that aligns with your objectives.

2. Engagement and Preparation

Once we agree on the approach, we formalize our engagement and consolidate all necessary information about your business. This stage ensures we’re ready to effectively position your company in the market.

3. Market and Bid Gathering

We bring your business to market, leveraging our network to attract serious buyers. We gather bids, ensuring we secure the best offers, and provide guidance on selecting the most suitable Letter of Intent (LOI).

4. Due Diligence and Negotiation

With an LOI signed, due diligence begins. Over 60-90 days, potential buyers dive deeper into your business, and we support you through the buy-side Quality of Earnings (QoE) process. We also assist in reviewing and negotiating the Purchase Agreement to ensure your interests are well-represented.

5. Closing the Deal

Once due diligence is complete and all terms are agreed upon, we move toward the final closing of the sale. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible, ensuring a successful outcome for all parties involved.
